I'd like to take this time to appreciate..

KEBABS.

While I was skeptical for a while about all the fuss surrounding Kebabs, I finally caved while we were in Nice. Jill and I were craving a late night snack, and the kebab place by our hostel was open so we decided to grab something to eat. Lo and behold, the most delicious food I've eaten in France. I've never been a huge carnivore, but I must say: I love Kebabs. Especially on Naan Bread. With Chicken. Sauce blanche. Pas des frites.

Laura and Jill the night we just kicked back and enjoyed some kebabs
while sitting on the steps of some castle-like building, nbd.

"Yes we are on our hands and knees praising our favorite kebab shop, yes those strangers are pointing and laughing.... No we wouldn't take it back, not even in the morning... They make some damn good kebabs!"-Jill

Bottom line? I implore you to try a kebab if you ever visit Europe. You won't regret it.
(Unless you accidentally agree to chili sauce on it and then literally cry to the chef who made for you because its so spicy...not that that's happened to me in Edinburgh or anything :-P)
